The ground floor of the Chinese National League building has three floors; with the basement occupied by the Cantonese Opera Association and apartments upstairs. The ground floor built out as a theatre that previously hosted performances and movie screenings, has been repurposed for commercial tenants. The storefront space was occupied by a fruit and vegetable vendor in 2019-2020. This business has since closed down.

Photographs taken in 2020.
